ORMS was founded in 1984 by Oliver Richards. The
practise, based in Clerkenwell, works in architecture,
interiors and the reuse of buildings. They like to find
simple solutions to difficult problems.

ORMS are designing the Zig Zag at Newhall, a mixed
development of residential and commercial space.
